[OpenSIPS-Users] Autoscaler in 3.2.x

Hi Bogdan,
Just FYI the patch wasn't able to apply automatically cause line to patch
is on line 1568 in OpenSIPS 3.2.8 downloaded from web server, not from GIT,
I have manually applied it.
