[OpenSIPS-Users] dialog-dlg-repl - not synced

I changed a bit according to ‘active-backup’ scheme, but still the same.
 
### active node
modparam("clusterer", "sharing_tag", "vip/1=active")
 
 
### backup node
modparam("clusterer", "sharing_tag", "vip/1=backup")
 
And this for both nodes:

    if (is_method("INVITE")) {
        create_dialog("B");
        set_dlg_sharing_tag("vip");
