Thanks for your answer,
Just to mention that I install from sources and "make install", and i use
opensipsctl to start opensips.
>From an old issue #1272 also solved by you, i got it working editing:
-edit /etc/opensips/opensipsctlrc and define STARTOPTIONS="-m128 -M16"
