You can use s.escape.user,

De : Users <users-bounces at lists.opensips.org> au nom de "CARTWRIGHT, CORY C" <cc3283 at att.com>
Répondre à : OpenSIPS users mailling list <users at lists.opensips.org>

Objet : [OpenSIPS-Users] Escaping URL parameter values

I have a need to escape URL parameters in the Contact header received from an application.

Here is an example:

Contact: <sip:55555555555 at proxy1;rn=+15555555550;ocn=1234;carrier="local clec";cat="WIRELESS";lata=123;npdi>

I believe according to the RFC I need to escape the “ and any spaces? I would like to do that within opensips based on certain conditions. I welcome any thoughts or suggestions.
