There is a new release of CDRTool that addresses interoperability with latest PHP versions.

   * Updated syntax and formatting
   * Removed short opening tags
   * Updated smarty dependency
   * Fixed update query causing errors in mysql strict
   * Fixed login when yubikey is not used
