[OpenSIPS-Users] Opensips registration error

Hello
Hopefully you can help.
I have recently installed opensips and have registered a user successfully on 
the LAN address ok.
I have now assigned an external IP address to point to my LAN ip but 
registrations fail.
My firewall is not blocking either way as far as i can tell. The error i can 
see when i packet capture is:
403 preload route denied
>From what i have read this is a security check and i can disable it by 
commenting out the script within opensips.cfg. 

After i do this it still does not work.(probably completely wrong!)
Appreciate any feedback, let me know if you require additional info.
