I'm trying to install opensips on Debian or Ubuntu.

However, the provided deb packages seem to have wrong dependencies which prevent the installation:

# apt-get install opensips opensips-console opensips-http-modules opensips-mysql-module opensips-identity-module
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 opensips-mysql-module : Depends: libmysqlclient16 (>= 5.1.21-1) but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

I've tried using from "deb http://apt.opensips.org/ stable110 main" http://apt.opensips.org/ on Debian 7 and Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS.
Both have similarly broken dependencies.

How to best install on Ubuntu or Debian?
