[OpenSIPS-Users] accounting problem after failover

Hi Edwin,

There is no need to set DB_FLAG as missed calls - I was just 
investigating some possibilities of conflict ...

The acc flags must be set before the t_relay(), so that acc module can 
install some callbacks when the transaction is created.

So, everything solved at this point ?
