[OpenSIPS-Users] Failed at step EXEC spawning /usr/sbin/opensips-m4cfg: No such file or directory

I don't have a luxury of installing a fresh F19 and have to work with
what I have.
For that I need to find out what package is providing libmysqlclient.so.16.
`yum provides libmysqlclient.so.16` returns no results.
