The qos module from opensips provides a way to track, per call, the
negotiated SDP.
Based on that, the negotiated codec can be guessed.
The module provides an API that can be used by other modules to
perform any qos actions:
 - reserve resources when a call is established;
 - adjust reserved resources in case of a renegotiation;
 - release resources at the end of the call.
What these resources are, depends on the deployment.
