[OpenSIPS-Users] Dialog Ping

Not sure if it is an issue or not. When I test with Jitsi or Bria client  
they respond to the OPTIONS message with a 200 OK. I will post this on the  
Blink mailing list and see what they have to say. Thanks for the help and  
fixing the issue.
