[OpenSIPS-Users] Cannot connect to OpenSIPS Server via Management Interface (127.0.0.1/8000)

I just got through figuring this out.  The install guides out there never
bothered to give all the important details so you have to go to several
different sources to piece together the puzzle.  Even the OpenSIPs-CP
documentation from that site has more holes than swiss cheese.

The key clue came from here as well as looking at some sample opensips.cfg
files:
http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/1.6.x/mi_xmlrpc.html

You have to add:

loadmodule "mi_xmlrpc.so"
modparam("mi_xmlrpc", "port", 8000)

to opensips.cfg.  You won't find that information in any of the guides on
OpenSIPs for installing mi_xmlrpc.so or on the opensips-cp website in the
install instructions.  You would think someone would bother to mention that.
