Unfortunately no - the first entity next to the NAT (opensips in your 
case) must take care of NAT traversal (at least at signaling level) - 
OpenSIPS (simply by its presence there) will hide the NAT to Asterisk.

What is the configuration logic you have on OpenSIPS ?
