[OpenSIPS-Users] Natting issue

Hi,
We are using opensis as proxy server, please find follow a schema of our SIP flow.
 
Voip Client à CPE à Opensisp à Asterisk
 
We’ve set nat=yes in the asterisk sip configuration for users which are behind the CPE, but the configuration is not working: it seems that asterisk tries to reach the client using the Opensips IP Address. How can we modify the register request to not identify opensips as the natting element?
