[OpenSIPS-Users] [OpenXCAP] Is RFC 4745 implemented?

Hi Inaki,

Yes, the specifications in RFC 4745 are for the presence server. And 
opensips presence server implements this rfc. It is also mentioned in 
the readme document for presence_xml module:
