Hi Bruno,

In OpenSER 1.3 "BlackCat", the "dialog" module provides a way to 
terminate an ongoing dialog. See the generic docs:

and about sending BYEs:
    http://www.openser.org/docs/modules/1.3.x/dialog.html#AEN461
