[OpenSIPS-Users] [Minor Release] OpenSIPS 4.0.1 and 3.6.8

Hello!

It is my pleasure to announce the OpenSIPS *4.0.1* and *3.6.8* minor 
releases.

This release round includes important stability, interoperability and
defensive parsing fixes, and is highly recommended for all 4.0 and 3.6
users.

To name some improved areas: TCP/core stability, SIP message translation,
multipart body handling, PUBLISH ETag validation, mediaproxy SDP handling,
ENUM and XCAP input validation, dialog leg matching, SIPREC callback
handling, B2B dialog lifetime management, RTP relay behavior, transaction
replication, Push Notification timeout handling, TLS certificate
verification, STIR/SHAKEN cleanup, AAA Diameter, RabbitMQ compatibility,
and build/CI/documentation updates.

Some notable fixes include handling of empty multipart bodies, rejection
of overlong PUBLISH ETags, bounded SDP connection line insertion in
mediaproxy, safer ENUM ISN and XCAP URI normalization input handling,
unique TCP connection IDs, fixes for reload races in sockets_mgm, dialog
leg matching by transaction branch, B2B lock/refcount/concurrency fixes,
correct RTP relay leg tags during parallel forking, TLS verify_cert and
require_cert enforcement for virtual domains, and a STIR/SHAKEN packaged
memory leak fix.

Do make sure to roll out an update as soon as possible -- it is highly
recommended.
