[OpenSIPS-Users] Failed to trigger pkg stats in logs

Hi Yury,

OK, but could you try to see the relation between the pkg status and 
errors, like such errors appear after:
     * simple scaling up ?
     * simple scaling down ?
     * scaling up and down ?
