Hi Sasmita,
 
if there’s not too much IP addresses (not hundreds or thousands) in your dr_gatewas table,
you still can add them to the config file and re-read it with reload_routes [1] function.
There should not be service interruption according to the documentation.
 
So, you may try to add trusted addresses to the check_route [2] of the pike module.
