[OpenSIPS-Users] drouting gw list

Sorry,

it's defined in cr_carriers, that's the list of gws which are then defined
on dr_gateways.
The "flags" field is "1", which i take to mean weight-based (this is
opensips 2.4)
So i would need to set the flags to "2"?
