[OpenSIPS-Users] drouting WARNING

I see a WARNING at opensips start/restart : verion 3.1.5

WARNING:drouting:parse_destination_list: destination ID <cr2> was not found

I check my database and :

dr_rules has a prefix and gwlist shows cr2 ;  not #cr2

in dr_carriers I see carrierid cr2 and corresponding gwlist has a gw3

in dr_gateways i see gwid gw3 and valid address sip:10.0.0.111:5060 with 
state 0

What am I missing here?
