[OpenSIPS-Users] opensipsctl fifo dlg_list not working on 3.1

Hey MArio,

Starting 3.0 the MI interface changed as syntax and the opensipsctl was 
deprecated in favour of the opensips-cli
     https://github.com/OpenSIPS/opensips-cli
