    OpenSIPS 3.1.0 LTS

    goes from beta to stable

*It got stable!*

There was a month and a half of work, of testing, of reporting and of
fixing, but we did it! The OpenSIPS 3.1 release passed all the tests and
exams and now it is labelled as stable LTS release, the flagship of the
OpenSIPS project.

*The 3.1 philosophy*

The 3.1 release focused on *complex call crafting*, basically on
increasing OpenSIPS's ability to create and handle complex calling
scenarios where multiple SIP calls are mixed and able to interact. Some
key features:

  * Call API via WebSockets
  * Inter-call media/RTP exchange
  * Push Notification support
  * DTMF handling
  * STIR & SHAKEN support
  * DFKS support
  * Quality based routing
