What seems to be the problem?  In your opensips.cfg file, you just have to:

loadmodule "httpd.so"
loadmodule "mi_http.so"

This will start the JSON-RPC server, listening on tcp:*:8888.  You're 
only tasked to talk to it using PHP now.
