[OpenSIPS-Users] Avoid plain text password in configuration files

If you're ok with them being pulled from a secondary source like a second
file not part of your VCS then you'll have to use some form of config
generation script like a Makefile or m4 or ansible with some templating.
Depends entirely on how comfortable you are with m4 and the other tools.

I just filed a feature request earlier today regarding this if you don't
want to store the credentials on the system in a config file at all.
