OK. I think I found it. It is just confusing. In the DB a state of 0 means
ENABLED and a state of 1 means DISABLED. When sending MI commands 0 will
DISABLE and 1 will ENABLE. That seems a little backwards but I'm on 2.2.7
so maybe that was fixed in a newer version.
