Hi, Sasmita!

You can try to set a weight of 0 to the second rtpengine socket, 
something like:

modparam("rtpengine", "rtpengine_sock", "udp:138.197.47.209:12000 
udp:104.131.174.53:1200=0")

Let me know if this works or you're finding any issues.
