Hi Stefan,

So you want to check if the BYE does actually belong to an ongoing 
dialog/call, right ? if so, you should use the dialog module:
http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/2.3.x/dialog.html

Create thedialog at initial INVITE time and for sequential requests 
(like BYE) use the match_dialog() for the check.
