[OpenSIPS-Users] NOFITY not being generated against dialog event

Sorry, for not making this clear before.

Both Servers are working as Presence servers and User C is sending
Subscribe/Register to Opensips A.

Since the database is shared between two opensips servers I assume opensips
B should fire NOFITY towards User C after consulting the database.

But I see opensips B sending PUBLISH requests towards itself but NO notify
is fired. Though I have below parameter set in configuration file.

modparam("presence", "fallback2db", 1)


I hope things are clear now.
