[OpenSIPS-Users] [REALEASE] OpenSIPS 2.2.6 and 2.3.3 minor releases

Hello, Everyone!

A large number of bug fixes have been gathered since the last two stable 
versions were releasesed, so we decided it's time to let go to two new 
ones: OpenSIPS 2.2.6 and 2.3.3.

The new releases are due next week, on Wednesday, January 25th 2018.

If you have any pending GitHub issues/mailing list bug threads 
concerning OpenSIPS 2.2+ which are yet to be resolved, this would be a 
good time to bump them!
