[OpenSIPS-Users] Add Contact parameters

Hi Jeff,

There is no straight function for adding a Contact URI param, but you 
may abuse the fix_nated_contact(";my_param=my_val"); hopefully the 
replacement of the IP in URI will be a NOP (if there is not NAT).
