Hi Abdoul,

If no other/simpler way to do it, you can use StatS subsystem in CGRateS on
top of CDRs coming from OpenSIPS to aggregate stats on the filter you need.
On top of that you have another subsystem, ThresholdS, which can notify you
when your supplier starts misbehaving.
