[OpenSIPS-Users] Set Acc Module in 2.3

Read the docs[0] for usage. In 2.3 you define a mapping between a tag 
that should be used with
acc_extra/acc_log script variables and a radius avp in your case. That 
being said you should have

modparam("acc","extra_fields", "aaa:system_name->MV-System...")
...
route {
...
     $acc_extra(system_name) = $avp(system_name);
...
}

This will translate to $avp(system_name) being sent as radius avp MV-System.
