[OpenSIPS-Users] compile with openssl version

Can you post the output of the following:

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/ssl/lib/ ldd modules/tls_mgm/tls_mgm.so

Remember, we want to get it to find the new shared libraries, not some 
statically compiled libraries (aka ".a" files).
