Hi Qasim,

This looks very very similar to an old report:

And this was fixed in 2.2:
https://github.com/OpenSIPS/opensips/commit/4023a5d797960d245b52eb73dc9fc26b8cdf2914

I guess you try to do some async stuff in the reply route, right ?
