[OpenSIPS-Users] "gw_attrs_avp" not found in module drouting

Hi Richard,

The "gw_attrs_avp" was removed a while back ago, and replaced with an 
output parameter to do_routing() and friends.

Thank you for reporting! I've fixed the docs where needed.
