[OpenSIPS-Users] /tmp/opensips_fifo error , massive error message

Dear man :

I install opensips 2.1.1 , and I fix many error message , but I see many
repeated message in syslog as follow :

Oct  7 17:10:08 ip-172-31-18-253 /usr/local/sbin/opensips[1874]:
ERROR:mi_fifo:mi_fifo_check: security: fifo_check: inode/dev number differ:
26419 29638 (/tmp/opensips_fifo)

INFO:mi_fifo:get_fifo_stream: deleted FIFO file (/tmp/opensips_fifo)
Oct  7 17:10:09 ip-172-31-18-253 /usr/local/sbin/opensips[1874]:

Oct  7 17:10:09 ip-172-31-18-253 opensips[1600]:
ERROR:mi_fifo:mi_create_fifo: mi_fifo_read did not open: Too many open files
Oct  7 17:10:09 ip-172-31-18-253 /usr/local/sbin/opensips[1874]:
INFO:mi_fifo:get_fifo_stream: deleted FIFO file (/tmp/opensips_fifo)

ERROR:mi_fifo:mi_fifo_server: failed to read command

ERROR:mi_fifo:mi_create_fifo: mi_fifo_read did not open: Too many open files

Does any one can tell me what's wrong ? about it .
