[OpenSIPS-Users] How to set up user accounts?

Hi Karl,

In order to configure accounts/users (with auth), you need to use the 
auth_db module - it requires a DB backend. Use the opensipsdbctl tool to 
create the DB and opensipsctl to add users into it.
