[OpenSIPS-Users] Run as other user than root?

Hi,

how can I configure OpenSIPS to run with the privileges of a different user
than root? The method described at
http://opensips.org/pipermail/users/2010-September/014614.html dies not
work, the configuration parameters USER and GROUP described there don't
seem to exist with version 1.11.
