check your opensips script . where  the 483 code sent in the script !
Normally if have 483 code  that is sip message have a loop.

Hi All,
 
After installation of opensips, choose the residential script and change the generated config file name as opensips.cfg and run the application successfully.
 
Whenever call made onto opensips from KAPANGA, for INVITE request it received 100 later it received 483 Too manyHops error message.
 
Please suggest is anything missing in config file, as I am attaching the config file in .zip format for your reference.
