[OpenSIPS-Users] Rewriting refer-to

Hello Rik,

The simplest approach is :
1) get into a variable the body of the Refer-To hdr
2) run a subst over the variable to make the change
3) remove the Refer-To hdr
4) add a new one with the body from the variable
