[OpenSIPS-Users] Generate BYE when Dialog timer expires

Hello,

1) when doing create_dialog(), are you sure you are using the "B" flag ? 
see:
http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/1.10.x/dialog.html#id295099

2) the BYEs OpenSIPS sends are stateful, so subject of retransmission if 
no reply comes back.
