[OpenSIPS-Users] How to correct reload OpenSIPS?

Some changes in Dialplan, Dynamic Routing, Permissions and many others you
may do thought FIFO commands without restart service. smth like: "
opensipsctl fifo dr_reload" will reload all DR tables.
