[OpenSIPS-Users] How many branches returned by lookup(location)

Is there a simple way to count and identify all branches returned by
lookup("location")?
For example, I have 3 devices (UA's) which simultaneously register using the
same username.
The main routing block now calls lookup("location") to retrieve the contact
and destination information for that user.
How can I report in an xlog message immediately after the lookup that 3
branches were retrieved?
(or should I describe that as one main URI and 2 branches?)
