[OpenSIPS-Users] build 32-bit packages on 64-bit wheezy

I've been having trouble finding the right combination of libraries and
techniques to build 32-bit debian packages on a 64-bit debian system,
ideally while building the 64-bit packages also.  Does anyone have any
hints?
