[OpenSIPS-Users] Debian package repository + TLS

I've built opensips 1.9.1-tls version for 12.04 (precise) in my ppa:
https://launchpad.net/~number5/+archive/ec2

If you need it for other release,  grab
https://launchpad.net/~number5/+archive/ec2/+files/opensips_1.9.1-1ppa2.dscand
build it yourself :)
