[OpenSIPS-Users] Detect failed SIP server

Hi Chen-Che,

In OpenSIPS there are 2 timers - fr_timer and fr_inv_timer ; fr_timer -
timeout if no reply at all was received from next hop ; fr_inv_timer -
timeout to final reply (negative or positive).

First fr_timer is activate, until a reply is received -> it is switched
to fr_inv_timer.

So, in your case, I guess you do get a reply, so fr_timer is replaced
with fr_inv_timer ?!?
