[OpenSIPS-Users] What variable/mechanism is applicable to a not-yet-transaction case

Hi Chen-Che,

I do not understand why you need the caller to do retransmissions to you
(to opensips) ? Is to wait for the callee to receive the notification
and to register with you ?
