Hi Nick,

in this case it is not always a NAT problem.
The IP in the "via" and "contact" header is the same public IP as in the 
SDP c-line. Only the SDP o-line is another.

Sometimes the IP in the o-line is something like "1.2.3.4555". Some 
mobile provider sets an invalid IP to ensure that calls over SIP will 
not work. In this case, if the mediaproxy is uesed, the mediaproxy has 
changed the c-line but not the o-line. Calls over one carrier works 
other not ;-)

In the third case it could behind NAT and the mediaproxy changes only 
the c-line
