Hello Jason,

There is no existing config file for your particualr setup, but if you
go through the LB tutorial
(http://www.opensips.org/Documentation/Tutorials#toc5), you will
understand how the LB works.

Please keep in mind that usually you will not find ready-to-go scripts
for all cases so, in order to get help, you need to ask specific questions.
